On various occasions, Yeshaya Steiner, the Kerestir Rebbe, came to this grave to pray and seek blessings, honoring the memory of his revered teacher, Hershel Lisker. His teacher helped the Kerestir Rebbe's community to hold fast to their traditions and persevere in faith when it was needed most. In this sacred moment, where the heart resonates in the man's words, the prayer is a deep connection between the past, present and future, carrying the deepest hopes and desires of the community.
